Happy Birthday Meriah!

Well today is.... you guessed it... Meriah's Birthday! So Sarah, Momo & I decided to surprise her with the Launch of her NEW BLOG... Tattered Time! This week has been quite interesting... Have you ever tried to surprise someone who is impossible to surprise? Well I have and that person is Meriah... She of course noticed that something was going on with her blog... Wallpapers started showing up... all of a sudden there was a facebook fan page, an email address... She just kept digging... When she asked me to give her the facebook page information I told her I don't know what you are talking about... So what did she do? She created another one! So I deleted the original one. Sarah has been working Day and Night trying to get everything transferred over from Two Scraptastic Gals over to Tattered Time... She is finally Done!

I wanted to tell you a little bit about mine and Meriah's friendship. Meriah and I bonded over the purchase of the Cricut Imagine... We facetimed the day after we purchased it and then it became a daily thing over skype, Then the Wacky Wednesday Design Team, The Cricut Cartridge Chaos Challenge that we both run & Now the ultimate we are on the same Design Team for Pink by Design! I want to thank Meriah for giving me something so special... Her Friendship! I feel so connected to Meriah even though we have never met in person. Happy Birthday BBFF! I hope you have a fabulous day and remember age is just a number... I can't wait to meet you in July!!!! We are gonna have a Blast...

Vintage is cool... right? HA! Today is my Best Friend Michael's Birthday and here is the card that I made for him. My mom and my Little sister are staying with me this week. So when I was done with the card My sister felt that it needed a little something extra! She went over to my Cricut Imagine and cut out the cake! It really was a great addition to the card! Thanks Nichole! I used the Cricut Imagine Yummy Cartridge. That I just got! I know I am like the Last one!

Welcome to the first edition of Wacky Wednesday presents... Kid Designers!!! Every 3rd Wednesday of the Month will be Kid Designer Day here on Wacky Wednesday! I just like all of us... Started out as a Kid. A kid with the passion to create! I would like shine a spotlight on some of the talented Kids out there!

This is how it will work! Do you have a child that loves to create at your side? Would they like to be a Kid Designer on More Than Favors? Any experience level is welcome. I am looking for kids between the ages of 6 - 12. If your child fits this age bracket send me an email with a project that they have made and I will be scheduling them as the requests come in. You can send an email to morethanfavors@gmail.com with the subject Kid Designer. Kids must have their Parents consent and I prefer to communicate with the parent.

The Challenge will still have the same rules will still be the for crafters of all ages! This Week's theme is embossed projects. Any kind of embossing will do.

Hi my name is Megan. My favorite color is green. I am 9 years old. I like to draw things like elephants and when i see thaings that are cool I enjoy drawing it. My favorite subject is art. I collect erasers. I am excied to be a guest designer.
