My name is Paula and I love making party favors, Greeting Cards & Scrapbooking is my passion! I live with my boyfriend Hansel and our two dogs Hercules & Phoebe. Come July we will have yet another addition. Our Son! We are avid Baseball Fans! So when I am not Scrapbooking and card making I am watching baseball.
Happy Thursday! Today I am going to share a throwback with you. It's not from that long ago but I remember when I made it I fell in love with the card instantly! That almost never happens... As crafters we are very critical about our work and even if 1000 people said it was beautiful we would find something wrong with it! At least that's how I am!
Here is a card that I made using some Pink by Design Stamps! The reason I chose to post this card was because in the process of unpacking I actually ran across it! Meaning I loved it so much indent even want to give it away!
Another Post? I hope everyone is doing well! I for one feel like I am starting to get my groove back! My crafting groove that is! Today I wanted to talk to you about Groovebook and how much I love this service! I have been using it for 4 months now and I am just loving every bit of it! This service is perfect for those of us who are always on the go and use our cell phone as our main camera... GUILTY! The great thing about it is that it is an app driven service that helps achieve getting those precious moments from cell phone prison to a scrapbook or in my case my project life album. In the video below I show off my latest Groovebook and tell you some of my favorite features about it. If you are interested in trying Groovebook out you can get your very first one for FREE! When you sign up you can use the PromoCode CARBON6 and this will make your first Groovebook absolutely free. Groovebook is a monthly printing service every month you can upload 100 mobile pictures and the cost is just $2.99 (this includes shipping). It's a fantastic price and it has been so helpful especially in trying to keep my project life upto date.
You can check out my video below for a ramble fest! Sorry it's been a while since I recorded a video so the camera angle is horrid and well I ramble... ALOT! Just call me Ramblelina!
Yes!!!! I finally found my table! Now what? Unfortunately I still have several boxes to unpack and they are the big ones!!!! There are even a few boxes labeled RANDOM! Who labels boxes RANDOM?me that's who... I am scared to see what is in that box. There is even one labeled SUPER RANDOM... HA!!! I am hoping that by the time the weekend comes I will be able to craft... But what would I start with? Project Life? My Cruise Album? Birthday cards? a Banner Order? The possiblilties are endless!
Here is a picture of what my table looks like right now...
Sorry for the short and craftless post... But soon! I will be craftless no longer.
Well as some of you might know we moved to a new place a about 3 weeks ago and we are still living out of boxes... Well at least I am. I have been working on unpacking. But my goodness do I hate to unpack! But I don't know anyone that loves to unpack. Here is a small peak into what I am dealing with here. This picture is from my Instagram page @pcarbon76
This is just a few of the boxes that I have filled to the brim with crafting stuff. I am still trying to figure out what my exact set up will be. I have to share the space with Hansel since he works from home. Do you have any ideas? I would love to see your craftroom. Do you have a blog post with pictures of your craftroom? Post a link in the comments below.
I'm back! With another banner that is... LOL seems it's all I do lately. But it's what I love the most :) Here is a banner my friend Cookie ordered for her sister in law. After I was done she said... "I love it! It's super eclectic!" So I ran with that :) ha!!
Here it is:
This was the first time I had used this shape for a banner and at first I didn't want to do it because I thought it would look weird but I think it turned out pretty nicely! I promise I will start crafting more. I am still working out of boxes... We just moved and I hate unpacking... GRRRR! Hopefully this (posting/crafting) will start happening more often!
I'm still here. Just life has been busy. I can't craft all day everyday. I work full time and when I get home from work I want to spend some time with Jude. It's only a few hours. I get home around 6 - 6:30 depending on traffic and he is out by 9 pm. After he falls asleep it's time to prep for the next day. Packing lunch, snacks and milk. Then I am sleepy! LOL. I am so tired!
so I have gotten a few projects done here and there. Mostly banners. If you follow me on Instagram I have shown a few of the banners I've made there. My Instagram is @pcarbon76
Here is one of the banners I made while I have been away from the blogging world. This is Maria Angelica isn't she cute? This is actually one of Jude's daycare friends. I have actually become really good friends with her mom.
I actually pulled out the Cricut & the gypsy for this bad boy. I hope you enjoyed my short post today!
