Sorry for the lack of posts this week. Cristina over at Crafting with Cristina asked that we create a project from something recycled... something you would normally throw away. Well I had this container floating around in my purse and yes it was empty... So when i was cleaning out my purse I thought oooohhhhh the would be perfect for Cristina's Challenge! I decided to make a sewing kit out of this Willy Wonka Exceptionals Metal tin. Here are the pictures:
Recipe for this project:
Empty tin of Willy Wonka Exceptionals
Scrap Piece of fabric
Pink Ribbon from Michaels
Princess riboon from Michaels
iRock for the 2 gems that are covering the ribbon seam
Old Sewing kit that was in a plastic baggie
Pillow Stuffing
Spray Adhesive
Hot Glue Gun
This is such a great idea. It looks like a kit that would be sold at a store. Kudos!
