Wacky Wednesday - Challenge # 2 - Color Challenge

I decided to do a Color Challenge this week. The colors are Green, Pink & Yellow, Any Theme, Any Size and Any Project. Here is a card I made for my Mom. She lives about 3 hours away and this weekend we are driving up to Surprise her with her NEW CRICUT CAKE - MARTHA STEWART EDITION! She doesnt scrapbook but she does make cakes and I thought this would be a nice gift for her. I didnt get to see her on Mother's day so this is her MotherBirthMas (Mother's Day, Birthday & Christmas) Present!

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge #33 is a Sketch Challenge. This is my first Challenge in which i didnt you a Cricut Catridge. I used cardstock and Stamps. I also bought these note cards from The $1 section at Michaels... I had bought them before I started making my own cards... I thought it would be interesting to dress it up... So I did.

Throwback Thursdays Challenge #8 - Episode 65

Emma over at My Creative Time posted her Throwback Thursday Challenge. She asked that we use the Celebrations Cartridge to make a card or layout with a Birthday Theme. Well I made a card for a family friend named Yeyo. He loves Hershey Kisses! So I used the tear drop shape from Sweet treats to make the Hershey Kisses shape (i had to cut off the rounded bottom). Wacky Wednesday - Challenge #1 - Sketch

Hi guys welcome to my very first Challenge! For my very first Challenge I would like to ask you all to use the sketch below to inspire you all to make a scrapbook layout of any size. The sketch below is from Page Maps this is a great site if you ever have scrappers block and don't know where to start. Well if this ever happens to you this is the place to start.

Throwback Thursday Challenge #7 - Episode 62

Emma over at My Creative Time post her 7th Challenge on Thursday and the Challenge was to make a card with the Cricut Wildcard Cartridge. Oddly enough this is yet again another cartridge that i hadnt used. This is why i love these challenges so much. Well i went into my gypsy and I found this card with a stroller on it and I thought OK this would be perfect since we are going to a baby Shower on Sunday for one of Hansel's co-workers. I found a new blog thanks to Patty at Dream Cards by Patty. It called the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog. This weeks challenge was to create a yummy Shape card or project. Cricut Cardz Challenge #32

This is my first Cricut Cardz Challenge Entry. You have until Tursday to enter so Click here to check it out. The challenge was to make a Christmas Card with any Cartridge and colors you would like. I decided to make an easel card since its my new favorite technique. I also used the Peachy Keen PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment which I LOVE!!!! I just added a carrot to give it a Snow Man feel... So Merry Christmas in July & enjoy!!!

Throwback Thursday Challenge! - Episode 60

I think Emma's Challenges at My Creative Time are my one of favorites out there. One of the reasons is that I know that for a fact there is always a new one on Thursday (which is Great!) and its not limited to the cartridge she picks for that week she does allow for you to use another cartridge as long as it isnt a New Release and you stick with the theme. Well this week the theme was Animal... Well I decided to a Birthday Card for a friend of mine. For the past year he has really dedicated himself to working out and he is looking great. Well we alway kid around and tell him that he is a GYM BUNNY... That is all he does Eat, Sleep & Workout. I did use a different card technique this time and i made an easel card... I love it. Summer Fruits Challenge #1 at Cricut Me That

Abbie over at Cricut Me That posted her first Challenge on her Blog so decided to participate! She asked that we please use fruits that you find in the summertime and feel free to interpret this theme however you would like. So I decided to make a card. I dont have many cartridges with fruits but I have always loved these Cherries in the Hello Kitty Greetings Cricut Cartridge. This was very simple. I don't know if you know this but I love Stickles!!!

2x2 Embossing Challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot

Margie over at The Cuttlebug Spot posted a challenge for us to use 2x2 embossing folders or dies. I don't have any dies and I just purchased some 2x2 embossing folders about a week ago. So this was perfect. I am home from Work today so i got to work on this challenge! Here is a birthday card that i made completely from scraps. The colors were inspired by a patterned scrap that was given to me by my friend Eni over at Just Fabulous Friends Scrappin'. Here it is:
