40:31 Creations Challenge and a GIVEAWAY!!!

Lauren Davila over at 40:31 Creations is hosting a Challenge and giveaway. The theme is under the sea. I made a card using scrap pieces of paper except for the dark blue card stock and the light blue glitter paper. I really enjoy entering Challenges it really has created a whole NEW WORLD for my scraps.
